How will we work together?
My approach is a blend of presence, deep listening and honest dialogue.
The quality of our connection will be important - regardless of your age, work or background.
We may want to surface some deep questions or goals, I will also bring a lightness to coaching – there is joy to be had in learning and connection.
Using coaching tools as appropriate, we can explore your values and beliefs, the things that make you sing and the things that don’t. I may play the provocateur if appropriate.
Our conversations will be completely confidential.
We can work online, or on the phone, or if you live in Essex face to face. If it suits you, we can meet outside in nature. Or a blend of all of these as suits you.
First steps
Email me and introduce yourself - we can then arrange to have an initial conversation.
From there, we will discuss your coaching goals, how I can best help, and practical details e.g. how often we’d meet and for how long.
I am committed to coaching that is accessible for all regardless of age, profession or background.
I therefore have a blend of work from pro bono, to reduced rates e.g. for young adults, to executive rates for organisations. I am very flexible. You may want anything from 2 focused sessions to many more. I’ll be led by you and your unique needs.
